1.

Miscellaneous Application no. 119 of 2015 is filed by SEBI seeking

six weeks extension of time to pass confirmatory order. Miscellaneous

Application No. 122 of 2015 is filed by the appellant seeking an order to
quash the ex-parte ad-interim order dated September 24, 2014 in view of
the fact that SEBI has failed to pass an order within the time stipulated in
our order dated February 16, 2015. Counsel for SEBI states that during the
pendency of these two miscellaneous Applications, the whole time member
of SEBI has passed the confirmatory order on March 23, 2015 and since
there is 10 days delay in passing the said order, seeks condonation of 10
days delay in passing the confirmatory order. Counsel for the appellant
leaves it to the Tribunal.

2.

In view of the circumstance set out in the additional affidavit filed

by SEBI, we deem it proper to condone the delay of 10 days in passing the

confirmatory order.

3.

In view of the passing of the confirmatory order on March 23, 2015,

both the miscellaneous applications become infructuous and they are

disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
