MEMBERS TABLE

You can add lots of


different fields into it and
add information from lots
of different people but is
often time- wastingly hard.

This is the members table. From this all of the other


reports can be made and changed.

To make the choice


of info, you press
design view and
this will come up
where you can
enter all of the
fields.

To improve: I
could have
added more
members and
made the fields
bigger.

HOW TO MAKE A QUERY


First, on
design view,
press Query
design and
copy all of the
field across.
This is a
query. Carry
on for how to
make a
parameter
query.

Here is the first step to making a


Query. Once you have done this, you
are on your way to making a report.
Things to improve: I could
have used other parameter
functions like added a
surname to it to be really
specific.

button in the
top left hand
corner that says
run and all you
will be left with
is the females.
Save this query.

Next, type in
the word that
you want to
specify the
reports down to.
In this example,
the parameter
is female and

HOW TO MAKE THE REPORT


To start with, save the query using the
save button.

Next press report


wizard and copy all
of the fields across,
using a button that
looks like this.

[ do not click!]

Then, choose all of the


necessary functions
that will come up on the
screen when you press
next. Finally, at the end,
choose enable editing
and a report that looks
something like this.

Then, you can change


the colour and the
font and all of the
colours of the text
boxes to your liking,
using the format
button.

To improve: I
could have
included a
logo and an
image to get
a higher
level.

DATA ENTRY FORM

I could then change all of


the fonts to level 6 things
like font change and
colour difference.

To do this, I
used the form
wizard and
decided how I
wanted it to
be.
