Tracking Overdue Maintenance

So in this video, I’m going to explain how to Tracking Overdue Maintenance Jobs in Sertica

The users are required to click the task list button at the bottom left of their screen. OOO

After that, the task list tab will be shown; on the left, there will be tasks panel on task list panel.

Go to sertica analytics and click on TECH - PMS Overdue then click view report OOO

the screen will show you all the list of overdue maintenances job and their detail.

To track the data easier, you can group your data by certain category. For example, We want to
track the overdue maintenance jobs within each unit and by their overdue days and resource. We
can simply drag "Unit Name" Column Header into the area under overview word, then add
"Overdue Days" and "Resource" beside it. OOO

Now, as you can see, all overdue maintenance jobs are now grouped by its unit name, overdue
days, and resource. With this you can track and plan your overdue maintenance jobs faster and
more accurate.

Lastly, please note, that for overdue maintenance jobs, it is the most important that the jobs are
planned in a particular month are completed in same month, and it is only tolerated for only 1%
of overdue maintenance jobs that can be carried to the next month where all the critical jobs must
be done on time as date it is planned and will not be tolerated as overdue jobs.
Enter Counter Value

Hi, so in this video, I’m going to explain how to Enter Counter Value in Sertica.

Counter Value is a measurement of how long in time a machinery has been running.

The users are required to click on "Main Menu" toolbar, then go to "Counter Info" then click
"Enter Counter". Then click search button to see all the uploaded counter value. OOO

To enter counter value, click Enter Counter Value Button on the toolbar menu, Then an Update
Counter Value Pop Up will show up where you can see all the table consisting of
many machineries and their counter information.

To input counter value, you can select on the machinery row in the table you want to input in the
table, for example I’m gonna input counter value for “Cargo Hose Crane Port” then enter counter
value on the right bottom of pop-up. Then input the date where the counter is read/taken and You
can also give remark for it. OOO

You can also change other machinery counter info right after you update one by selecting other
machinery row that you want to update in the table. Then input the date and its counter value.
With this you can update all the machinery counter info in one go without having trouble to go
back and forward to save each machinery counter information. OOO

Please also note that each machinery has minimum of 2 counter value info to be put, the last
reading and present reading.

Then click Save/Close to finish. OOO

If you make a mistake and already save the counter value record. Don’t worry you can just go to
the list of machinery in counter tab. Then select the machinery where you input the wrong
counter value, then go to counter history under references. Then select the record that you want
to delete and click delete selected records button and click yes then save. The record now has
been deleted.
Complete Parent Jobs

Hi, so in this video, I’m going to explain how to Complete Parent Jobs in Sertica.

There are 3 tabs that I'm going to explain regarding completing parent jobs.

First is Tree Structure, you can go to the tree structure by clicking the tree stucture button on the
bottom left of your screen. Then as you can see, you can find all the jobs in the tree structure.
Please note that in “109” code is where you can find all the parent jobs. OOO

Second is Job list, you can go to job list by clicking on the main menu toolbar, then go to the Job
Info and then click Job List. To find parent jobs in Job List Tab, you can group the data by its
Job Group Number by dragging Job Group Number Column Header onto the area under
overview word. Then you can find all parent jobs under Parent Jobs category. OOO

To activate Parent Job, you can select parent job and then click Activate Jobs Button on the
toolbar. Please note that all the activated jobs will be in blue color. OOO

Then, a Pop Up will show up for you to select all the job you want to activate, all the jobs under
parent job should be automatically selected. To exclude some job, you can un-thick the thick
box under activate column. OOO

Then to activate, click activate then yes, then you will be shown all the latest remark and you can
click OK.

When asked, if you want to print the job, It is recommended to not print the jobs by clicking No,
except if the job has a lot of description that needs to be printed, then you can click yes. OOO

Then as you can see the color of parent job will change from red to blue, which represents the
parent job that is now being activated. OOO

To change or update job history you can select the activated parent job then click update job
history button. After that a pop up will show up, showing you all the latest remark from last job
completion. Click Ok. OOO

To give a remark, click on the column remark on parent job row and type the remark you want to
give.
To give a condition, click on the small box on the right side of condition column cell, a pop up
will show up, to search for the condition list click search button, then you can select the
condition you want to give. OOO

The remark and condition that you put in parent job row will be automatically put on the rest of
the job under it. To give a different remark or condition on the job under parent job, you can
directly put a different remark or condition on the child job row.
You can also add or change job description on job text box under the table.
When finish click finalize job history then click yes OOO

Then the pop up will show, where you can add the date and remark for completing parent job,
then click next.

If you want to add any resource, items, document, or down time into parent job history, you can
tick the thick box on the aspect you want to add. Then Click next

Then you can add any detail by clicking add new record from list or add new record then type
the detail you want to add

To delete you can select the detail row then click delete and click yes.

To continue, Click next OOO

If you are still unsure about the change you can thick keep job history open and show job
history screen, therefore you can still change the job history before completing parent job.

then click finish and you will be taken to job history where you can see all the job history in
there. OOO

But if you are already sure about the detail and want to complete the job, you can thick finalize
job history where you will not be able to change or update the job parent history anymore and it
will be considered complete. Then click finish.

You can also finalize parent jobs by going to job history by clicking on main menu toolbar, then
go to Job Info and then click Job History, then you can select the parent job then click on
Finalize Button on the tool bar. The pop up will show up and you can click finalize.

By that you have completed a parent job.
