Management Trainee Program (BKK Office)

(Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Merchandising Finance and HR)
To actively participate in 12 months intensive training program with individual assigned project to achieve
objectives in developing leader for the organization. Your fast track career will be closely monitored and
developed to strengthen LOreals future in Managerial position after program completion.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior managers and LOreal top executives

Meet the assigned projects objectives and deliver and outstanding outcome with hands on
experience
Enthusiastically engaged in the activities of the assigned department
Prepare individual memo of lesson learned and assess area of own improvement from the
assigned project and report to management
Present each individual project to top executives after program completion to win 3-6 months
international exposure in ASEAN countries.

Qualifications:

MBA or Master Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Logistics and
Supply Chain Management or any related majors
Maximum 3 years of working experience (opens for both direct and indirect experience to your
interested functions)
Strong analytical skill with logical thinking and capable of dealing with numbers
Ability to work under pressure with Can-do attitude
Excellent command of English both in speaking and writing and Presentation skill
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Interested in fast moving and flexible organization
Passion in beauty, assertive, fast learner, adaptable and hands on

Selection Process:

CV pre-screening (February March)

Paper - Based Test / Business Competencies Test (February - March)
One on one interview with recruiter (March April)
Business case Exercise and Presentation (April May)
Final Announcement for successful candidates (May)

The selection process will start in February, 2013 onwards and Management Trainee Program will
begin in June, 2013.
