Forgot your summary of you report OR your summary of the report is too long.<== you have to write your summary of the
report
Grammar- you did your experiment.try use past tense, passive past tense in your methodology, discussion etc.
Label your graph/ title & give them a title. (title for figure should be bottom of the figure while table is top of the table i.e.

Figure 1: mechanical heat pump with model XXX

Graph should be clear

Figure 1: a false example

figure 2: the right example

Graph as shown on the left side is only utilize part of the

space of the graph & might not sufficient to show the real
trend of the graph line
Advice: Try to adjust your X-Y axis scale properly & the
graph should as shown on the right side

Safety precaution part- write something that only relevant to the experiment
Discussion- result &discussion is for you to discuss your finding, all your collected data that presented in graph or table form.
Not to discuss all the mistake, or way to improve the experiment.
Conclusion: basically is a summary of your finding in 2-3 sentences which reflects your objectives.
Reference: No footnote & please refer to SKTM thesis guide for the reference format.

Reference: you have to do citation after you took some info from those reference sources besides of listed in the reference
part.
i.e.: According to Khoo et. al. (2013), the mechanical heat pump performance is able to be improved
OR
i.e: The mechanical heat pump performance was improved using(Khoo et. al., 2013)
