A good leader always have a strong pulse on business performance, active, hard working, and give effort no matter how the result will be. The most successful leaders understand their colleagues mindsets, capabilities and areas for improvement. They use this knowledge or insight to challenge their terms to think and stretch them to reach for move. most of all, a good leader must interpret and apply the prescribe rules or policies of the organization with compassion and must be free in giving descision for the welfare of the people and organization itself.
