ARRANGING FUNDING
FOR 2x250 MW COAL BASED POWER PROJECT AT
SAMPUR, TRINCOMALEE, SRI LANKA
EOI No.:- TPCL/EOI/01/2015 dated March 31, 2015
Trincomalee Power Company Limited (TPCL) [a Joint Venture
Company of Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), Sri Lanka & NTPC
Limited (NTPC), India] is endeavouring to set up 2x250 MW
Coal Based Thermal Power Project at Sampur, Sri Lanka. TPCL
intends to hire a qualified agency to provide the Consultancy
Services as Financial Advisor for arranging funding for 2x250
MW coal based thermal power project at Sampur, Trincomalee,
Sri Lanka.
TPCL intends to invite bids from eligible bidders for EPC
(Turnkey) Package for coal fired 2 units each of 250 MW for the
aforesaid Project. Debt Financing is planned to be arranged by the
Bidders through Export Credit Agency (ECA) and/or Bank
Financing.
Agencies having experience of having provided relevant services
as detailed in the scope of work may provide necessary details in
the format given in the Detailed Document for Expression of
Interest which shall be available for downloading at www.ceb.lk
and www.ntpctender.com or obtained by requesting through email
to cpotpcl@gmail.com or may be collected from TPCL office at
the address given below.
Last date of obtaining Detailed EOI Document: April 20, 2015.
Last date of receipt of completed EOI hard copy at the office of
under mentioned: 3.00 P.M. on April 30, 2015.
