Have a purpose for every meeting.
Tip Number 2
Appoint a Chair Person and Note Taker for the meeting. Agree the roles and responsibilities
and also how they will work together, in advance the meeting.
Tip Number 3
Agree the agenda in advance And state what the objective for each agenda point is.
Tip Number 4
Have a start and end time for all meetings.
Tip Number 5
If it is a long meeting then take lots of breaks.
Tip Number 6
Agree who will chase up the actions from the meeting. Assign Action Champions.
Tip Number 7
Review every meeting as the last agenda item:
What has been one good thing about this meeting?
What has been useful about the meeting?
What is the one thing we can improve on next time?
