VICTIM: Male, 19, College Freshman


LOCATION: Drop-off by College-Conservatory of
Music/University Pavilion Bridge; Body hidden in
bushes below
TIME FOUND: 8:30am Sunday morning
CAUSE OF DEATH: Impact (Fractured skull and
several fractured vertebrae in neck)
NO WITNESSES REPORTED AT SCENE OF CRIME
POSSIBLE WITNESS OF SUSPECT: Female, age 22,
reported suspicious activity around the DAAP
building around 3am Sunday morning. She stated
that while she was leaving the building, a
suspicious looking man ran by and deposited
something in a trash can, saw the witness, and
then fled campus. She also stated that she did
not get a clear look at him, but said that he
was obviously distressed.

Blood Type: A positive
Blood Alcohol Content: 0.06%
Liver temperature:29.5 C
Diagonal cut on RIGHT ARM
Trace white powder located in left pocket
Small amount of cocaine in system
Bruising around wrists, neck and face
Skin found underneath fingernails
Fractured skull and vertebrae
No wallet on body
DETAILS AT SCENE OF CRIME:
Passive red liquid spatters on ground by the
bridge and frame
Low-velocity spatter on wall of frame
structure; spatters are 4 mm in length and 2
in width
Visible signs of dragging to final resting
place: red liquid dragged in direction of the
hidden body, some messily wiped up
Pocket knife found in DAAP trash can with red
liquid on blade
Small amount of white powder found on ground
near blood spatters

Blood Alcohol Content: 0.06%

Diagonal cut on RIGHT ARM
Trace cocaine located in left pocket
Small amount of cocaine in system
Bruising around wrists, neck and face (sign of
struggle)
Skin found underneath fingernails (DNA)
Fractured skull and vertebrae
Wallet was stolen
DETAILS AT SCENE OF CRIME:
Passive blood spatters on ground by the bridge
and frame: [blood type O negative]
Low-velocity blood spatter on wall of frame
structure: blood spatters are 4 mm in length
and 2 in width: [blood type A positive]
Visible signs of dragging to final resting
place: blood dragged in direction of the
hidden body, some messily wiped up [both A
positive and O negative blood types]
Pocket knife found in DAAP trash can: type A
positive blood found on blade; fingerprints
lifted on handle
Small amount of white powder found on ground
near blood spatters [COCAINE]
