Turnitin Submission Guidelines

These instructions refer to all the assignments for E433B SPR15.


You should submit your assignments to Turn-It-In https://submit.ac.uk/login_page.asp
You will be signed up to this system prior to the start of the course and will have received a
notification email. Please see the Portal discussion thread for all relevant information and
contact marketingscheduling@london.edu should you not have received this notification.
In case, when signing in, you are automatically reverted to the US site, you will not be able to log
in. Please follow the above URL instead).
How to submit:
1. Click on the class name.
2. Click on the "Submit" button to the right of the assignment title.
3. Select "single file upload" from the Submit a paper by: pull down menu.
4. Enter the paper title for the submission in the appropriate field.
5. Click "Browse" to find the file on your computer.
6. Find the file on your computer and click "Open."
7. Click "Upload."
8. Review the file and click on the "Submit" button to finalize the submission
The following file types for uploading your assignment are permitted:
.Microsoft Word (DOC and DOCX)
.Corel WordPerfect
.HTML
.Adobe PostScript
.Plain text (TXT)
.Rich Text Format (RTF)
.Portable Document Format (PDF)
.OpenOffice (ODT)
The file size may not exceed 20 MB
Note: Some document formats can contain multiple data types. This includes text, images,
embedded information from another file, and formatting. Non-text information that is not saved
directly within the document will not be included in a file upload. This includes references to a
Microsoft Excel

spreadsheet included within a Microsoft Office Word document. If you are using other
software than specified, please safe and submit as a pdf file.
Repeated citations of the assignment name or similar should be avoided as Turnitin looks
for plagiarism across a cohort.

Following submission you will be issued with an email receipt including date, time and paper
ID number. Please retain this for your information.
Should you encounter any difficulties during your submission via Turn-It-In, or your submission
is later then the deadline specified, please submit via marketingscheduling@london.edu.
