1 Plaintiff Steve Mizera hereby declines to consent to the assignment of this case
2 to a United States Magistrate Judge for trial and disposition and hereby requests the
3 reassignment of this case to a United States District Court Judge. Moreover, it is
4 anticipated that the parties will be entering a stipulation to deem this case related to
5 Click Defense, Inc. v. Google, Inc. (Case No. C 05-2579), which was filed earlier in
6 time than this action. The Hon. Ronald M. Whyte is the United States District Court
7 Judge assigned to the Click Defense action.
