Problem
Teacher reported very bad scratches on boys
hands for the past 2 months
Boy says Carlos (classmate that transfer to a
different school last month) told him to scratch his
arm any time stress kicks in.
Unsanitary nails
Friend abuse
Carlos stepped on boys big finger

One on one talk to have a better understanding.
