3 On March 9, 2006 Defendant Google Inc. (“Google”) moved for an administrative order

4 staying these consolidated actions pending the approval of a settlement reached in a proceeding

5 in the Circuit Court for Miller County, Arkansas (the “Arkansas proceeding”).

6 Upon consideration of the arguments of counsel, as well as the relevant papers and

7 pleadings in this action, the Court HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

8 Defendant Google, Inc.’s motion for stay is denied in its entirety.
