CYO create your own

POD #:
Todays assignment is going to require you to create your own circuit with your POD.
Once it is created you will need to test it out. You can decide if you want to use
equipment, use body weight, or both. There are a few requirements you must follow
below. Once you have created and tested your circuit you will submit your paper to me
after we change today.
WE WILL BE USING THESE AGAIN, SO MAKE SURE YOUR POD LIKES THE CIRCUIT YOU
CREATED.

Your circuit must last between 30-35 mins


You need at least 3 upper body exercises
You need at least 3 lower body exercises
You need at least 3 core exercises
You need at least 2 balance exercises
You need at least 1 type of cardio exercise
You need to indicated the number of sets and reps required of each exercise
i. Example: Burpees 4 sets of 10 reps (total 40)
