Hello parents and guardians!

I wanted to introduce myself to all of you, as I will be teaching your

son/daughter for the next four months at FLVT (Jan 5th - April 24th). My name is Miss
Mucciarone, and I am an intern teacher from the University of Lethbridge. This is my
final semester of studies and I feel so blessed that I get to spend it with your child. At
FLVT I will be teaching Science 7 to all three grade seven classes (7T, 7H, 7S), Health 7 to
7T, and the Monday/Wednesday Fitness option beginning in quarter three. I am very
excited to have such a variety of classes to teach!
My passion for teaching began when I started volunteering with Big Brothers
and Big Sisters almost three years ago. I have been matched with a little sister ever
since, who has been my inspiration to pursue a career that inspires kids just like her.
This passion has led me to teach grades 4/5 out in Picture Butte at St. Catherines for
PSI. Then I completed PSII at Coalhurst High School, where I taught grades 7-11. Both
of those experiences were absolutely amazing, and have helped shape me into the
teacher I am today.
I want all of you to know that I take pride in each and every one of my
students. My teaching style is a direct reflection of who I am as a person. I understand
the importance of establishing a strong rapport with your child, and with you as their
parents or guardians. Please know that I want the absolute best for your child, and want
them to be successful both inside and outside of the classroom. If there is anything you
feel would be beneficial for me to know about your child, please dont hesitate to call
the school, or contact me via email. I look forward to getting to know you and your
son/daughter in the future.
