Boot camp Workout V1
Complete each exercise for 60 seconds before moving on. You can take
a 30 second rest after each set (if you can last that long, if not, rest
when you need).
High Knees
Push ups
Tricep dips (bench)
Jumping Jacks
Squats (medicine ball)
Wall sit
Bicycle crunches
Lunges (alternating leg) with medicine ball
Wall balls
Mountain climbers
Water
Repeat 3 times
