WoHO should follow up with CHWs who do not submit their report by the deadline to find out why and to help as needed Check for data quality of each kebele report When you receive reports from HEWs, check each one for the following: Does the report include the month and year (of the weighing sessions)? Does the report include the kebele and HEW name? Is all data filled in? (Does the report include the number of CHWs reporting and attending review meetings? CC data? GMP data for boys, girls, and total children?) Does No. NW + UW + SUW = No. children weighed? Fill in and submit the WoHO report Fill in the WoHO report using the WoHO database: Transfer the data from the HEW reports to appropriate month in the WHO database.
