Stage 2: Reading task. Students are divided equally into two roles. One is a travel agent, and the other is a customer. The two roles are given different reading materials. Customers reading materials include
authentic documents such as a copy of a passport, a travel visa, plane
ticket, etc. Travel agents reading materials include different travel itineraries meeting different needs. Form is provided for each role to fill in. Materials for Customer
