Thank you very much for purchasing GUITAR RIG 5!
This document provides information to help you use GUITAR RIG 5.
It deals with last-minute additions, compatibility issues and
possible problem causes.

- Fixed Container preset issues
- Fixed several problems with convolution based components

What's new:
- New demo mode now works for individual components and without restart.
- Added M/S Split component for individual shaping of mid and side signal.
- Added Favorite Tab for quick access to favorite components from browser.
- Please refer to the Manual Addendum for more detailed information.
Fixes:
- Renamed "Sounds" to "Presets" coherently throughout the user interface
- 'Options' and 'Preferences' menu entries streamlined.
- Fixed GR5-287: Tweedman, Lead800 & Plex presence knob fixed.
This also affects Bass Pro when switching to/from HQ mode.
- Fixed GR5-280: 8000-11000 Samples Silence when bouncing from 0:00:00

3. Important Notes
==================================================================
Please start the Guitar Rig 5 standalone version once before using
any Guitar Rig 5 plugin target.
Where to find the Guitar Rig 5 user presets:
Win7/Vista: Users\[User]\Documents\Native Instruments\Guitar Rig 5\
OSX:
Users/[User]/Documents/Native Instruments/Guitar Rig 5/
Guitar Rig presets import and compatibility:
All Guitar Rig 4 factory content is included with Guitar Rig 5.
Guitar Rig 4 user presets can be batch imported either during first
startup or later using the "Import Guitar Rig 4 User Rack Presets"
option from the preferences tab.
Guitar Rig 3 preset banks can be imported using the "Import.."
option from the File menu.
Please use the latest installers for the optional powered by
Guitar Rig products. If the presets are missing after installation
please use the "Scan for new Presets" option in the preferences tab.

4. Known Limitations and Issues
==================================================================
GUITAR RIG 5 is constantly being improved. Please make sure that
you are always using the latest version of the GUITAR RIG 5 software.
Mac OSX only: For using Guitar Rig as an AudioUnit Plugin in 64-Bit
mode in Logic, it might be necessary to restart your computer.

Windows 7 (latest Service Pack, 32/64 Bit), Intel Core Duo or
AMD Athlon 64, 2 GB RAM.
Mac OS X 10.6 (latest update), Intel Core Duo, 2 GB RAM
