2. Gurpreet is good at providing and practicing the correct techniques for
peri-care.
3. She displays good technique when moving a practice dummy up in bed
or from side to side by raising an arm back and bending the opposite
knee
I think you could develop further on the following areas:
1. Gurpreet can improve on her knowledge of the common clinical terms
used for items and resources in a health care setting. Example: what a
tourniquet is used for.
2. She can further develop her assessment skills by practicing in the open
access lab and reviewing the assessment guideline sheets.
