Background
Schizoprenia is a severe mental illness
with high level of emotional distress and
poor social functioning
Other high income countries, life
expectancy in people with schizophrenia is
20% lower than general population.
Higher level of cardiovascular disease in
people with schizophrenia a higher
prevalence.

assessment and treatment of
physical health problem in people
with schizophrenia

mental health service aged 18 year
or over diagnosis of schizophrenia or
schizoaffective disorder
