Intro: In the past couple of months the cycling routine has changed. The California Law
Administration has come up with the law that cyclists especially adults must wear helmets while
cycling. Any responsible cyclist should wear a helmet said Carol Liu. She continued on by
saying that This law will help protect more people and make sure all riders benefit from the
head protection that a helmet provides.
Cue in: I am not for the idea the Legislation has on cyclists wearing helmets.
Cue out: One person without a helmet does not mean the rest will ride without helmets.
Cue in: I think that this law of the helmet is good.
Cue out: very good idea which will protect cyclists from getting hurt.
Outro: The new law is intended to help protect cyclists on the road and even off the road. Liu
also pointed out that to National Conference of the State Legislature claim that 91 percent of
cyclists were killed in 2009 were not wearing helmets. Showing cyclists this idea will affect the
rest of other people and their lives.
