Present: Dad, T.O., Perkins, Monroe, Naomi, Cisco, Abby, Mat, Delon
Terrell Owens has been coming to class late, without supplies, and being
argumentative when redirected.

Terrell agreed to attend class on time.

Terrell agreed to carry his binder, with notebooks, to class. Mr. Smith gave
Terrell 3 note books during his math class (Ms. Perkins) today. He placed them
in his binder.
Terrell agreed to follow a post-it note system for redirection in Ms. Perkinss
class. He stated that no such system was needed in Ms. Monroes class.
Ms. Perkins agreed to call home once a week and that Terrell would show,
with his behavior, what that call would look like.

Terrells dad stated that:

Terrell has not been going home right after school. He has also been lying
about where hes been.
Terrell has a strong support system at home and that he has a sister in 10 th
grade that can help him with his homework.

Terrell is doing well in ELA and has a goal of graduating from high school. He stated
that he knows he is not doing what he needs to do to reach that goal.
