PREPARATION:

FIRST, FORMED SMALL TORTILLAS WHIT


DE MASA, ADD THE FILLER AND BEND
THE TORTILLA
COOKED ON THE GRIDDLE, CARING FLIP
THEM ONLY ONCE.
AFTER, FRY THE ENCHILADAS IN OIL.
