Making sure that each goal is
clear to the point that anyone
involved can understand each
part of the goal. Keep it clear
and concise.

Measurable
How do you know if youre done?
You need a way to measure your
goal so that you know when its
been completed.

Attainable
Make sure that the goal is something that
you personally are capable of.

Relevant
Relevant related directly to Why are you
doing it?

Timely
When completing goals, they need to be
done in certain amount of time.

Game/ Activity

How does it apply to our lives?

Everyone makes plans
As such everyone makes goals for those
plans
Goals that are plain might not be followed
through
Goals that are SMART have a higher
chance of being completed

Summary
Goals are steps leading towards reaching
your vision
Having SMART Goals makes reaching
that vision much more likely.
Refer to the SMART Goals we made at
the beginning of this year. (The goal you
made about health)
