I plan to begin my teaching career in special education. Using

my education and various work and volunteer experiences, I
plan to establish an appropriate and safe learning environment
for students with special needs. Continuing to use my
outstanding work ethic, I will become a collaborative member of
the school system.
I have experience in behavior modification, transition planning,
lesson planning, classroom management, instructional
strategies, and assessment. I possess several skills in computer
information systems, keyboarding, SmartBoard lessons,
recordkeeping, and general organization.

required to check every chart for the necessary documents and send
information to each patients follow up care facility. I made appointments,
answered the phone, and performed other general health unit coordinator
duties.

EDUCATION
I have completed all education courses necessary to earn my degree. I
completed required service hours by volunteering with special needs adults
and children. I am currently student teaching in Amherst County Public
Schools.
CENTRAL VIRGINIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE, ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
I completed all general education courses as well as business related courses
to earn this degree.
NELSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL, ADVANCED DIPLOMA
In addition to completing all core courses for this degree, I was the President
of the Future Business Leaders of America Club. I also participated in other

extra-curricular activities.
