to lack of money they own
To earn extra money to cover expenses
Power to buy with the profit made from the investment
rather than making loan to buy their needs which cause of
increasing debts
Making small amount of investment rather than much
bigger amount, shown by ratio comparison :
Properties investment worth 300K of loan
Estimated rental earn : RM 1,000/month
Proposed Investment worth 25K (Perodua Viva) of loan on
Car Rental Business

The profit that could be generated from the car investment is

similar with the profit could get from the properties
investment but it goes with 12 times lower in the total of
investment amount. It means that if u made same amount of
investment in car rental as you made in properties you will
earn 12 times more = RM12,000/month
The main competitors are the public transportation services
which offer low charges due to mass number of users.
We offered alternatives to our focus customer who required
an exclusive or more personal transportation that covers
wide choices of vehicles which may suit their needs.
The time period of Return on Investment could be achieve in
less than 3 Years.
