The same community of West Warren fought the coming of the Legacy
Highway a number of years ago, and won.

Helpful for monitoring speed limit.

No, continued response saying that people will drive however fast they
want, and a road will not stop it.

This would be a more forgiving road, with room to swerve for deer, cattle,

Tension and distaste for hearing felt from a significant member of the
planning committee, left anonymous to protect individual, as I waited to
speak with them, and was consciously ignored while standing in front of them
for 10 minutes, until I asked again to speak with them, when the purpose of
them there was to answer questions.
