Teachers Guide to Configuring Email on iOS Devices

1) Go to the Settings app.

2) Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3) Under Accounts, tap
Add Account.

4) Choose Exchange from the list of

email service providers.

5) Fill your school email address and

your password into the
appropriate fields. If you would
like, you can also insert a
description for the account such
as Brown County or BCHS.
The description will default to
Exchange if you choose not to
change it.

6) Tap Next.

7) Choose which apps you would like

to use with your email account.
The technology department
recommends using Mail and
Calendars. You may choose to
use the other apps as well if you
would like.

8) Save your settings.

9) Go to the Mail app and start

using your school email account
on your iOS device!
