Reflection
This week for Tiger Pride was a pretty simple week in terms of the lesson content. The
main lesson focus was the simple mechanics for the over hand throw. Ms. Xiomora started off
with explaining the cues of the skill for over hand throwing, however the students were really
having a hard time focusing and executing the skill. Most of the students would mix over hand
throwing with under hand tossing. The main objective for this lesson was target practice.
Students would each be assigned to a hoola-hoop and in possession of a soft gator ball. Students
would start at a fairly close distance and continue to increase their distance with every successful
throw into the target. A majority of the students would continue to participate while a few others
were having a difficult time staying focus. To them the lesson content wasnt probably all that
interesting because they acted as if they had no interest.
