Formula 1 in Schools
2011 2013
- led first team from my high school to compete in Jordans National Competition
- won twice nationally and received Best Design Award
- designed and manufactured Jordans record setting Formula 1 in Schools Car
Shell Eco-Marathon
2014- Present
- learned about the Senior Design Project, building an extremely fuel efficient urban car
prototype using natural gas as fuel, by attending presentations given senior students
- assisted with assembly of car

University Extra-Curricular Activities

Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)
2014- Present
- advocated for mechanical engineering department to adopt Formula SAE
- led SAEs biggest event, Quad-Copter flying challenge, to bring more engineering
related competitions to TAMUQ
- motivated the organization to pursue formal recognition from SAE international

- planned events to help make student life on campus more enjoyable
