After every lesson, I reflect on how I did both good and bad. When I reflect I point
out things I did well and also points I need to focus on the next lesson. This has
helped me get a lot better at my teaching features that I really needed to imporove.
In the reflections I also put feedback I was given that was verbal so that I can look
back on it and see the way I used the feedback previously to improve if that
teaching feature starts to not be as good or if I need to improve and was given ways
to improve that feature, such as my voice and confidence during all my lessons in
the beginning of the semester.
