    To ensure a more inclusive and collaborative environment, I am


    proposing a change of venue for the weekly lunches presently attended at
    Coasters. While I recognize the importance of these meetings to discuss and
    decide upon projects and other work assignments, in addition to offering an
    opportunity to cultivate a more comfortable working relationship with the
    other partners, I fear the chosen venue may not be the most suitable.
    My hope is that in either choosing a more suitable restaurant or
    offering catered lunches in the office that we can accomplish the same tasks
    in a more comfortable and less obtrusive setting.
