    Dear Mrs. Kopp:


    For my PRIDE Project I would like to do a chef as my career choice. I will conduct my research
    on education, routine, experience, and cultural aspects of being a chef. I would like to discuss
    not only how cooking is profession, but also a way to experience other cultures by just going to a
    restaurant. Working in the culinary field is tough, and takes lots of hard work and and lots of
    time and sometimes doesnt always work ideally for people with good work ethic. This is not an
    official offer as to what I plan to do for my project since there are certain changes that could
    occur and certain circumstances for my proposal to work.
