    As the first female employee in this young, yet successful, company I feel as we should all bond in a similar manner to accomplish this companys goals. I understand that Friday at Coasters is a long-standing tradition in the firm. In no way, shape or form I want the rest of the team to restrain the team from guy time at the Coasters on Friday. I feel that in order to communicate more effectively and directly we should dedicate another lunch day, Thursdays per se, in a more formal restaurant. By going into a casual restaurant, especially on a Friday, apart from me being a bit uncomfortable, we will have a hard time focusing in our projects and/or work assignments.
