Ethics Statement
Ethical conduct toward students

According to the law and school policy seek to resolve discipline problems.
Keep student information confidential unless required and approved by the law and school.
Ability to teach without distortion, bias, or personal prejudice.
Personal beliefs and traditions should be kept to one self and outside the classroom.
Do not exclude a student from participation in a program, deny benefits to a student, or grant
an advantage to a student on the basis of race, color, gender, disability, national origin,

religion, family status, or sexual orientation.


Protect the student from conditions harmful to learning and/or to the student's mental and/or
physical health and/or safety.

Ethical Processional

Stay professional by respecting others demonstrating personal integrity.


Continue professional growth
Maintain a positive and active role in both the school and community.
Comply with state regulations, written local school board policies, and other state and federal

laws.
Good moral character and be worthy to instruct or supervise the youth of this state.
Values the worth and dignity of every person, the pursuit of truth, devotion to excellence,
acquisition of knowledge.
