    What kind of design is this?
    Matched Pairs design, two tailed t-test

    What is the critical value of t?
    Critical-T: 2.201

    Interpret the t-value and p-value. What do you conclude?
    P=.053 which is >.05 therefore we we fail to reject the null
    T-critical compared to T-observed: 2.201>2.117, therefore we fail to reject the
    null, even more.
    Conclusion:
    There is no statistically significant evidence to conclude that females and
    males have different perceptions of life expectancy
    Lab Conclusion:
    "The data do not give strong evidence (p=0.053) that males (-19.50) and
    females (-12.71) have significantly different perceptions of life expectancy
    t(11)= -2.177"
