Week 4

In week 4 we discussed how to layout reports correctly via the

ASC leaflet, which coincides with our first assignment. Glen
gave us a document that was full of mistakes, which we had to
analyse and correct by re-writing the report. Also this week I
wrote a large chunk of assignment one. I analysed the
navigation of the website toysrus via the ease of use, and the
internal search engine. The two authors Ive particularly found
very useful are Ward (2006) and Badre (2002). Their books and
journal articles are very insightful and have helped me gain a
better understanding into this topic.
