To Whom It May Concern:

If you are reading this, Ronald Olvera has chosen to seek employment
with your organization. Please allow me a few minutes to explain why
that is a great thing for you.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Ronald both as a student and as a
Teachers Assistant and mentor for some of my younger students. He
excelled in both roles.
As a student, Ronald was always punctual, prepared, and perpetually
demonstrated a high level of achievement. He consistently earned top
marks on assignments both in English and American History and
Government.
As a Teachers Assistant, Ronald was tasked with many clerical duties
that would serve him well in the workforce. He was responsible for
photocopying, collating, organizing, and disseminating materials. He
also acted as a mentor and tutor for younger students in both
mathematics and Earth science.
Ronald has continued to excel as both a student and as a young man.
Of the hundreds, if not thousands, of students Ive worked with
throughout my career to this point, Ronald stands head and shoulders
above 99% of them. If I had a business, Ronald is exactly the type of
individual I would want on my team.
