    Local reports by the French Government has found that the NSA(National
    Security Agency) has placed tracking devices on the governments national security
    network, as well as the executives personal internet connection. The NSA has seen a
    lot of scrutiny after allegations of wiretapping on other countries, including Germany.
    The NSAs tracking has also used its connection from France to make their way inside
    the European Unions network distributing a computer virus named Heartbleed in
    order to gather information.
    In retaliation the EUs member countries are threatening to launch their own
    version of Heartbleed into the cyber networks of the US. The new virus will infect
    every corner of the internet for the US and has the potential to completely stop internet
    traffic in the United States. The world has never seen a computer virus this effective,
    and the economic and political consequences of such a disruptive virus could be
    catastrophic.
