ABSTRACT
In the industry there is a complex process, which is sometimes a plant located
away from the control center. While the working process of a production system
demanded always go according to plan. To overcome this, we need a control and
monitoring system that integrates machines with operators of distances namely
human machine interface (HMI). PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk division
Bogasari Flour Mill is one of the food industry that have used the system HMI at
all process control and monitoring for all plant. One plant that implement this
system is the production of a pelletizing plant. Pelletizing is a process that is made
from grain leather which is processed into animal feed that has been in the press.
Operation is carried out from the computer in the control room with Vijeo Citect
software. Vijeo Citect software is a software output of Schneider for software
vendors
HMI.
