COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course is designed to equip the students with overview of strategic management and business policy process as
a whole. It provides an insight into business and strategic processes, starting with strategy formulation,
implementation and finally evaluation of the strategy. It helps the participants think through the organizational issues
at a strategic level; to familiarize them with the various tools for strategic analysis and formulation; and to sensitize
them to the social, political and moral structures that help shape decision making processes. This course uses a
combination of theory, practical illustrations and cases.
