Peopleneedtobeeducatedtohaveanopiniononagiventopic.Thiscanrangefrom
simplethingstothemostabstractthings.Thisholdsmosttrueinademocraticsociety,interms
ofpoliticsandpower.HowcanthecitizensvoteforthePresidentoftheUnitedStates,orthe
StateGovernor,withlittletonoknowledgeontheirrespectivepolicies,campaigngoals,and
ideologies?Inshort,theyshouldnotbeallowedto.Assuch,creatinginfographicsand
knowledgebasedresourcesservestoeradicatetheboundaryofknowledge,andcreatesafair
playingfieldforthepopulationtoformanopiniononagiventopic.Therefore,myfirstprotest
pieceisaSmore,andservesasaninfographicandresourceforpeopletobecomeknowledgeable
onmytopicbeforeforminganopinionaboutit.
Aninfographiccanbedullandtediousattimes,butitisbyfarthebestformoflogical
reasoningthatcanbeconveyedtoanaudience.Itisnotthebestformofprotestinmyopinion,
butcanleadtoastrongfoundationandbasisforaprotestinthelongrun.Anonlineinfographic
orposter,suchasmySmore,canbeusedtodisplaybothtextsandimagesandembedoutside
linksaswell.Asaresult,itbecomesacohesiverepresentationofmyprotest,andnotjustadull
