AT&T Continues It Can Wait Campaign
With Visit to Rockland High School
WHAT:

AT&Ts national It Can Wait campaign, which raises awareness about the dangers of
distracted driving and encourages high school students to take the pledge to never text
and drive, continues in Massachusetts with an assembly at Rockland High School.
After the ceremony, Rockland High School students will be invited to try the It Can Wait
virtual simulator during their lunch periods. Participating students will attempt to use their
phones while operating a virtual steering wheel and pedal to see first-hand the effects
texting has on drivers awareness.
As part of the event, AT&T will present Rockland High School with a $1,000 grant.
