lycopen va hieu suat thu hoi lycopen, Thong sd chiet
xuat tdi Uu ciia quy trinh la: nhiet dp 80C, ap suat
400 bar, tdc do dong CO; 40g/phut, kich thirdc tieu
phan nho hdn 800 pm va thdi gian chiet 180 phiit.

SUMMARY
INFLUENCE OF SUPERCRITICAL FLUID
EXTRACTION PARAMETERS ON THE
LYCOPENE YIELD OF TOMATO
In this study, the influence of supercritical fluid
extraction parameters on the lycopene yield was
investigated. The results showed that: the extraction
yield and lycopene content increased as the pressure,
temperature, CO2 flow rate increased and particle size
decreased in the investigated ranges. The ophmized
parameters were: 80C, 400 bar, 40 g/minute of CO;,
particle size was less than 800 pm and the extraction
time of 180 minutes.
