speakingaboutthemoon.Lunaattemptstocurehimofhislove,but,indoingso,she
destroyshissoul.

wantandthatloveisnotaswonderfulasitissaidtobe.ThisisthemeaningItookaway
becauseofPoestonewhichwasmelancholyandpityingandthewaythathisattitudestarts
sad,butthenturnshopelesstowardstheend.

feelthatthisisveryimportantbecauseitexpresseshowmuchPoeslovemeanstohim.Itis
asifheissacrificinghisotheremotionsinordertokeephisloveorthathisloveistheonly
emotionhefeelsbecauseitissopowerful.

IbelievethatPoeusedtheGreekmythasanallusiontotellthereaderthathisloveforthe
famoussingerhadbeenhisprimaryemotion,andthefactthatshedidntlovehimback,
destroyedhim.

Themeaningofthispoemisalittlehardformetopindown.Forme,themeaningbehindthis
poemisthatsomethingsareunavoidableorunfixabletheywillalwayscomebacknomatter
whatyoudo.

Thispoemwainspiredbymyownhealthissues.Aftersixmonthsofconstantlybeing
nauseousandinpain,Ihadgivenuponeverbeinghealthyagain,andsohadthepeople
aroundme.TheywereconvincedthatIwasgoingtodieandsowasI.

Outofallthepoemsinthisproject,thisoneholdsthemostimportancetome.Itremindsme
ofaverydarktime,butitalsoremindsmethatIcandealwithanythingaslongasIhavehope
andthatIcontinuetotry.
