Select Nonadjacent text

Method 2
-Select the first block of text, press and hold CTRL, and
Click to select the next nonadjacent block of text. Repeat
until youve selected all of the text, and then release
CTRL

Use the format Painter


- With the text or object containing the formatting
selected, in the Clipboard group, double-click the
Format Painter button, click the first destination. Then,
click the Format Painter Button to deactivate it or
press ESC

Format Text as small caps


-In the font group on the HOME tab, click the Font Dialog
Box Laucher. In the Font Dialog box, under Effects, click the
small caps check box then click ok.
Adjust Character spacing
-To add character spacing, in the Font group, click the Font
Dialog Box Launcher. In the Font dialog box, click the
Advanced tab, click the Spacing arrow, click Expanded, and
click OK to expand the selected text by the default 1 point
Indent an entire paragraph

-Drag the left indent marker to the desired place on the


ruler
- Click in the front of (or anywhere within) the paragraph
you want to indent and then, in the Paragraph group on the
Ribbon, click the Increase Indent Button.
Create a Multi-level list
- To demote something to a letter instead of a number used
the increase indent button in paragraphs

Indent a paragraph on the right


-in the paragraph group on the page layout tab, click the
indent Right up arrow
