    In my Family

    At home
    In my house me eat Canadian food,
    though sometimes well have
    another cultures food for fun and
    because its good.
    We dont go to church because only
    my mom is religious.
    My dad, uncle, Grandfather and I
    celebrate Yule on the winter solstice,
    as part o our Scottish heritage.

    At Home
    We also listen to Gaelic music.
    In the summer during the week of
    the Tenth of June My Mom, Av, Av
    and other family on my moms side,
    celebrate Portugal Day Which is a
    week long celebration.

    Holidays
    We celebrate Christmas in 2 ways:
    1 with my dads side of the family
    where we gather and just have fun,
    eat good food and see each other
    2 with my moms family we have
    traditional Portuguese food and
    watch movies together (usually in
    Portuguese)
