WHAT DOES FULBRIGHT


LOOK FOR?
Young language teachers who are eager to share their natives
languages, as well as innovate and improve worldwide language
education.

A GAMING EXPERIENCE AT
UGA
Project developed with Professor Amelia Hutchinson (Portuguese
dept.), Viviane Alves (Portuguese dept.), and Professor Jonathan
Baillehache (French dept.)
Objective: Demonstrate how games may enhance language
development

GAMING CLASSES
Four classes so far
1 Intermediate Portuguese Class and
2 Elementary Portuguese Classes

FEEDBACK
-Improves motivation to learn a foreign language
-The game is interesting and immersive
-Emotional attachment
