Goals:
1. Contact administration.
2. Conduct second survey.
3. Share data with administration.
4. Contact businesses.
Commitments:
1. Contacting Administration (10 points):
a. Initial:
i.
Email SALP director, Aimee Shattuck, by March
31.
ii.
Set up a meeting with an associate by April 10. The
goal for this meeting is to discuss the community engagement assignment,
our civic engagement topic, the data collected from original survey, and to
propose a second survey.
b. Secondary:
i.
Contact the Outreach & Advancement Coordinator,
J.R. Tarabocchia for a second meeting to share finalized survey by April
29.
ii.
Contact J.R. Tarabocchia to share results of final
survey by May 22.
2. Developing and conducting second survey (5 points):
a. Develop draft of second survey by April 20.
b. Test draft of second survey by April 24.
c. Finalize the second survey by May 1.
d. Conduct final survey by May 15.
3. Contacting Local Businesses (5 points):
a. Each group member must contact 3-5 businesses for potential
partnerships by May 15.
b. Work with J.R. Tarabocchia to develop contracts for the businesses
that would like to have partnerships with PSU by May 29.
